Should You Show Occupied Rental Properties to Prospective Tenants/Renters?

One of the most stressful times for a landlord is when there is a current or impending vacancy to fill, and leasing the property is one of the significant reasons that landlords hire property managers in the first place. You’ll have a decision to make on whether or not you will show a property to prospective renters while it’s still being occupied either by an out-going property owner or tenant. There are pros and cons to both approaches which I discuss in this video.
