About the Author

Ben Parham is the owner of a cutting edge property management company in the Denver, Colorado area and has over 4,500 unit years of experience managing residential property management companies.

A native of Jacksonville, Florida, Ben managed one of Northeast Florida's largest property management companies, increasing it's portfolio by nearly 200 doors during the largest recession in recent history.

In 2013, he embarked on a new challenge to start a new property management company in a new city from the ground up beginning with no properties and no clients.

Running the business from home, he grew it from $0 to $200,000

per year in revenue, and 0 to 100 properties in only 2 years. He took the knowledge that he learned in the trenches and put it in this eBook to help other aspiring property management business owners start their own companies.

In addition to running is property management company, Ben serves as the Southwest Regional Vice President of the National Association of Residential Property Managers and resides in Denver, Colorado with his 3 children, where he's an avid mountain climber and outdoor enthusiast.
