I’m just a normal guy trying to support his family through a career in property management. I enjoy the challenges that the property management business brings every day and helping people by providing housing solutions.
I’m glad that you’re here checking out my site. Whether you’re new to the property management business, a seasoned professional, or a real estate sales agent considering dabbling in property management, you’re in the right place.
I always tell people that I’m a real estate brat. From the time my father got his real estate license when I was 6, dinnertime conversations always included the most recent transaction challenges that were being dealt with that day. So at the young age of 21, I decided what the heck, I’d get in the real estate business too!
I got my first real estate license in Colorado while serving there in the Navy. In 2007, I moved to Florida, secured a Florida Real Estate Broker license and took over management of my family’s real estate company with a property management portfolio of 330 properties. During one of the worst real estate recessions in recent history, we increased our portfolio to 525 properties over 5 years despite losing 2-3 properties each month due to our landlords letting their properties go into foreclosure.
While I was having fun and my job provided me with an endless supply of interesting challenges each day, I had a desire to startup my own property management company. So in 2013, after about 6 months of planning and $15,000 in the bank for my then family of 4 to live on, I moved us back to Denver and started my own property management/real estate brokerage firm. I had zero clients, zero prospects, and $0.00 in income.
Failing was not an option! Growing slowly was also not an option!
In less than two years, I grew my new property management startup from a sad portfolio of zero properties to 100 doors under management. Some guerrilla tactics were used to stand out amongst the crowd of more established and well known property management companies. I also made my fair share of mistakes as well.
Three years later, we were at nearly 250 properties with 5 full-time associates and gross revenue approaching $600,000 annually.
I then shifted my focus to trying to make my company more of a lifestyle business that supported a life I wanted to live instead of living to support a business. My youngest child was 3 years old and I felt like I had been working so much to launch and grow the business that I was missing those special years before he left for school. I also wanted more time to pursue other ventures (such as this site).
So I began implementing even more systems into the business, refining processes, and documenting/videoing every integral part of the business operation. This has allowed us to grow, and our associates to thrive, without more input of my time.
My focus now is on helping others like you, whether you want to have a small property management company or the largest in town!
My company, Integrity Realty & Management, is located in Greenwood Village, Colorado, 11 miles southeast of downtown Denver. Almost everything taught here at Property Management Training Headquarters was learned in the trenches by launching, growing, and manage this company.

I’m lucky enough to be a father to three amazing kiddos. They truly are my “why” and the reason I get up every day to tackle the property management world. I enjoy the wonderful outdoor life that Colorado has to offer, am an avid snow skier, and I’m working on climbing to the summit of all 58 of Colorado 14ers (mountains over 14,000 feet in elevation). I also love to take awesome trips and owning a technology leveraged property management company has afforded me the ability to travel the world.
